How do I pay them?
You pay your hire directly, usually monthly by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer. They work as independent contractors; Puente is not their employer and takes no cut of their pay.
Do they need to speak English?
Depends on your team. Filter by Bilingual for English-speaking teams. If you sell to Hispanic customers and your team speaks Spanish, native Spanish speakers who don’t speak English are often the best fit.
How do you vet candidates?
Every candidate applies with a portfolio. We review the work, the English level they report and their experience before the profile goes live. On done-for-you searches we also interview them.
What does it cost?
Posting a job is free. The Hiring Pass is $349 a year to contact anyone directly. Done-for-you is $1,500 per hire, only if you hire, with a 90-day replacement.
What time zones do they work in?
Mexico and Central America are on US Central time; Colombia, Peru and Ecuador on Eastern; Argentina and Chile one or two hours ahead of New York. Your workday overlaps fully.
